The Most Innovative Family-Friendly Solution of the Year goes to evosoft
We are thrilled to announce that evosoft received both the Family-Friendly Company award and a special prize in November 2024. This success is a testament to our community and corporate values, and we are very proud of it!
At the award ceremony on November 7th, we received the Family-Friendly Company 2024 award. This year, evosoft also won a special prize: the title of Most Innovative Family-Friendly Solution of the Year 2024 for the establishment of our ombuds organization.
The competition was announced by the Three Princes, Three Princesses Foundation with the following motto: “This year, the focus is on redefining the work-life balance. We believe that one does not have to choose between the two; work and family can be inspiring simultaneously if the employee is balanced deep down. In recent years, family-friendliness has become synonymous with companies that help their employees find this inner balance. Thus, family-friendliness has become not only a pleasant environment but also a key to business success.”
For the application, we also requested recommendations from our colleagues who are actively working or on maternity leave, who can practically experience our family-, child-, and parent-friendly activities at the company.
The development, shaping, and maintenance of family-friendly practices have been achieved through the cooperation and collaboration of our colleagues. This current success is also our joint achievement, and we will continue on this path together.
